WavePresence is an elder-care presence system. Small sensors learn the usual shape of a day in a relative’s home and send a text message when something needs a look — a night that looks different, a room that has gone quiet, or a sensor that has stopped reporting. No cameras. No microphones.
Texts go only to a family’s Care Circle. The account holder adds each contact by name and mobile number inside the WavePresence app, with that person’s permission. Every new contact receives one welcome text that explains what the alerts are and how to opt out. We never buy, rent, or share phone numbers, and we never text anyone who was not added by their own family.
Message frequency varies by household; most nights send nothing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for help.
